Add your name to our email list and we will alert you to future availabilities at no charge. When you contact us directly you pay no broker fee. Also brokers are welcome but not necessary for an AIMCO Lease.

- When you need assistance from our Aimco Service Team, please take the following steps:
- During business hours 8AM to 4PM Monday to Friday, the fastest way to get service is to call your building superintendent at the contact data above. We try to respond within one business day to your needs. Your building superintendent will work with you to resolve your needs, and is most familiar with your building and with your apartment.
- If you do not hear back from your Building Superintendent within one business day, please place a 2nd call. However if the matter is not quickly resolved, your Community Manager can assist in you directly. Your Aimco Community manager can be contacted either via phone or via email at the number which appears on our Maintenance Request Directory above.
- In the event of an emergency, call our main office number (212) 448-9720 or during off-hours, our emergency service number is (866) 317-0658.
